Inside the Kitsu Studio

Last weekend was Sakura Matsuri at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Spent the day with Liz, Eric, Ginny and Monty mainly hanging because of a few somewhat unfortunate circumstances. The trees were stripped of Cherry blossoms a few weeks before, there were a massive amount of people and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. Aside from the people it did make for a great day to walk around a park but made taking photos of things larger than the munny I brought with me a challenge.

Feeling super angsty from somehow managing to attendee 2 cons yet miss both almost entirely and seeing how great a time everyone else had is a bit of salt in the wounds. A somewhat unusual amount of guilt at time wasted and frustration over other things has made for a fantastic evening.

So decided to battle it off in the traditional artist fashion of working on something. In this case I redid my references for Mochi that I use when putting plushes together.
